Born and bred in the untamed expanses of North Houston, our love for an active lifestyle took root through exploring our surroundings and pushing our physical boundaries in sports. From the rush of a long-distance run to the thrill of pulling back a bowstring on a buck, RLHF is a testament to our passions: running, lifting, hunting, and fishing. Yet, our brand is about so much more than these activities - it’s about the mindset and resilience they foster.

With engineering backgrounds and experiences as college athletes, we've acquired a deep understanding of problem-solving, discipline, and the power of mental toughness, the very bedrock of RLHF.
